Today marks 4 weeks of the Peak Condition Project. The daily photo that goes up in the right column is head on and usually in softening sunlight, which is fine, because it gives a very balanced picture of my progress. But I thought I'd show how things look from a 3/4 view. (in a classic Bruce Lee pose)
At the beginning of the project I weighed 65 kilos (143 pounds) and as of this morning I weigh 60 kilos (132 pounds). Considering that muscle is heavier than fat, that's pretty startling progress. I hope to get down to 57 kilos (125 pounds) but that it's going to be tough to lose those last 3.
Thanks everyone for your continued support.

What body fat % were you at? What body fat % are you at now? Think you might of lost some muscle mass during this endeavor? Keep it up and hope you feel better soon.
I don't know my body fat for sure, but my guess is between 12-15% I have a long way to go.
I'm intentionally not trying to find out my BMI and all that. The idea is to keep everything as minimal as possible, without getting stuck in minute detail. Just following the diet, doing the exercises, and seeing what happens.
And I'm also trying to lose muscle mass with this project. I was tired of having shoulders so large that clothes didn't fit well. The word here is lean lean lean. For me, not having bulky arms and shoulders is still a wonderful novelty!
