Day 18, Play Time is Over

I met with Chen tonight, and he gave me a bunch of new exercises, and, my new diet plan. Things are getting serious now, and we're cutting the calories deep. I've been steadily reducing my calories to get ready for this. So, here it is.

Breakfast

100 grams of carbs

200 grams of vegetables

100 grams of fruit

1 egg white

Lunch

100 grams of carbs

200 grams of vegetables

100 grams fish or shrimp

a little fruit if hungry

Dinner

2 egg whites, 1 apple, and 100 grams of milk, blended.

That is not much food. But it's what I need to do to lose these last few kilos. Wish me luck!

can you translate that into calories? It sure doesn't seem like much, and if you're really building muscle with your workout regimen, your body will actually need more energy just to live. Then, once you come off the PCP (ha) this summer...it might be hard to maintain your weight if that's what you intend to do.

It's hard to say for sure, but it seems to be about 1400 calories a day. It's pretty much the minimum I can eat while still building muscle. I'm doing everything with my trainer's supervision, and once I reach the fat percentage I'm aiming for, we're going to add more food in slowly to address the issue you pointed out.

Thanks for reading Amy and for your great quetions.
